We do not make any colour corrections or changes to your original photo, we print as it is so please make sure the quality of the photo is good, if unsure please let us know beforehand. Any issues with low-quality photos will result in bad print.

Your print will be created, carefully packaged and shipped in a strong mailer within 3-5 days after approval. If we don't receive a message of approval within the allotted time frame then we will print and dispatch as is. Please note that actual delivery will take additional time and is not included in the handling time. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri)

RETURNS POLICY:

• Returns can be made if the item is faulty.
• Please return within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the cost of the items excluding the delivery charges.
• Items can be returned with the Returns Label at the Buyers cost.
